On December 1, 2017, Santa made a visit to Laytonsville Town Hall for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Santa was greeted by many children and their families. Santa made sure to speak to each child to see what they wanted for Christmas. After being there for a couple hours, it was time for Santa to head back to the North Pole. Santa reminded everyone that he will be riding around town with LDVFD to see all the kids and said to check the LDVFD website for the dates and times.
