We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of past Cabin John Park VFD Chief and retired DCFD Captain James P. Seavey, Sr. Jim was well known throughout the fire service as a leader, mentor, and good friend. Jim passed this morning after a long, hard fought battle with cancer.
