On June 12th 2016 @ 0036hrs - Company 40 & Rescue Squad 717 were dispatched to "Mary Brookes Curves" on Route 108 near Volunteer Dr for a crash with one trapped. Engine 740 arrived and confirmed one patient trapped. Rescue Squad 717 removed the drivers door to quickly extricate the patient. Ambulance 740 transported the patient to Suburban Trauma.
