On July 22, 2020, Ambulance 717, Rescue Squad 717, Engine 717, Chief 717 [Sutton], Chief 717B [Burns], Chief 717D [Baker], Battalion 705, EMS703 was dispatched for a vehicle crash with one trapped on Route 124 & Churchill Downs Road. Chief 717B arrived on scene with command and confirmed one pinned. The patient was extricated from the vehicle and transported to a local trauma center for further evaluation. Ambulance 735 & Medic 713 also assisted with transporting patients to other local area hospitals for further evaluation.
