The Officers and Members of the Laytonsville District Volunteer Fire Department are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Rockville Volunteer Fire Department Past Chief Scott Emmons.

Scott was also a member of the Metropolitan Police Department.

Chief Emmons was one of those people who lit up a room when he came in with his outgoing and humorous personality. He will be greatly missed by all.
