On December 3, 2021, Santa and his helpers from the Laytonsville District Volunteer Fire Department came and participated in the Laytonsville Town Hall Christmas Tree Lighting event. The Laytonsville Elementary School Chorus sang Christmas Carols and Maryland State Senator Craig Zucker lit the Christmas Tree. The festivities ended with a visit from Santa. Santa saw every child and listened to what they wanted for Christmas. All the children left with a smile on their face.
