On August 31, 2014, Montgomery dispatched Co. 17 units to the 22200 block of Woodfield Rd. (Rt. 124) for a report of a PIC with 2 pinned/trapped and 1 partially ejected. C717D arrived on scene to find a single vehicle that was overturned. Upon further assessment of the vehicle and patients, 2 were confirmed as priority 4's and the other as a priority 1 category B trauma. RS717's crew extricated all 3 victims and transported 1 by land to a local trauma center due to the fog. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
