On July 17, 2021, at 2:17 AM, Montgomery dispatched Co. 17 units PE717, RS717, W717, D17, A717 to assist with a house fire on Granby Ct. off Muncaster Rd. Arriving units came to a single-family home that was fully evolved. Crews began attacking the fire in order to gain entry to start search and rescue for any persons. Thankfully, no one was home and no one was injured. Crews remained on the scene for several hours to make sure the fire was fully out and there were no hotspots.
