On July 24, ECC alerted company 17 units for the house fire at 7204 Millcrest Terrace in company 28's area. Units arrived on the scene and took positions per MCFRS Safe Structural Firefighting SOP's, with PE717 being 2nd due. RS717 also responded on the alarm, performing search duties and controlling the utilities. Units encountered a fire in the kitchen of a middle of the row townhouse, which was extinguished shortly thereafter. Salvage an overhaul operations were conducted revealing little extension beyond the kitchen area.
