First Due Collision with 1 Pinned - 108/Hawkins Creamery Road

At 0832 this morning, ECC dispatched company 17 units for the PIC with Entrapment at 108 and Hipsley Mill Road. Updated information put the location of the collision on 108 between Hawkins Creamery and Hipsley Mill Roads, with a vehicle possibly on fire.

RS717 arrived on the scene to find a vehicle that had struck a tree, overturned, and come to rest on a landscaping fence, with massive damage and a person pinned in the vehicle. The fire had been extinguished by bystanders. RS717 went to work to free the trapped occupant, and transport was completed by MSP Trooper 3. All units cleared the scene around an hour later.
